Whether you are travelling together with your pet or arranging transport for your pet alone, Bonjour offers pet-friendly drivers and ride options designed specifically for veterinary visits, grooming appointments, boarding stays, airport transfers and more. Many of our drivers are pet owners themselves and understand the unique needs of travelling with animals.

Yes. You may book a ride on behalf of another person. Please ensure the pickup and drop-off details, contact information and any relevant pet information are accurate.

Bonjour offers different ride options to suit various travel needs, including Standard, Standard Plus, Van, Solo Standard and Solo Van services.

Choose based on your pet size, number of pets, passengers, carriers/crates and luggage requirements.
Standard - Most popular choice for everyday journeys. Suitable for up to 2 small to medium pets with up to 3 passengers, or 1 large pet with up to 2 passengers.
Standard Plus - Additional space for larger pets and passengers. Suitable for 1 large pet with up to 4 passengers, up to 2 large pets with up to 2 passengers, or up to 2 small to medium pets with up to 4 passengers.
Van - Maximum space and flexibility with up to 1 accompanying passenger. Best for multiple pets, giant breeds, large carriers/crates, bulky pet belongings, airport transfers, or journeys requiring additional space.
Solo Standard - For 1 pet travelling independently. Suitable for most pet-alone journeys on leash or in a small to medium carrier/crate.
Solo Van - For 1 pet travelling independently with additional space requirements. Best for large pets, giant breeds, large carriers/crates, airport transfers involving crates and luggage, or when extra space is preferred.
Still unsure? Choose based on your largest pet and any carriers, crates or luggage travelling with you. When in doubt, consider Standard Plus or Van for additional space.

Yes. Most ride types allow pet owners and accompanying passengers to travel together with their pets, subject to vehicle capacity.

Yes. Unlike most ride-hailing services, Bonjour allows pets to travel without their owners through our dedicated Solo ride options.
Whether your pet needs to get to the vet, groomer, daycare or boarding facility, Bonjour helps bridge the gap when you cannot be there in person. The receiving party must be available at the destination to receive the pet.

Yes. Depending on the ride type, you may travel with multiple pets. Please choose a vehicle that comfortably accommodates your pets, accompanying passengers, carriers and luggage.

Yes. Your pet may travel with a family member, friend, helper or authorised caregiver, provided the selected ride type can accommodate all passengers safely.

Yes. You may bring luggage, pet carriers or crates, provided they fit safely within the selected ride type. For airport transfers or larger crates, we recommend choosing Standard Plus or Van to ensure sufficient space for your pet, accompanying passengers and belongings.

Book the appropriate ride type based on your pet size, crate dimensions and luggage requirements. Please include your flight timing, number of luggage items and crate size in the Pick-up Notes section when booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be able to view your driver's details and trip status in the app. You'll also receive updates as your driver heads to the pickup location.
Pet & Safety

Bonjour currently supports a wide range of companion animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and other small pets. If you are travelling with an uncommon animal, please contact Support before booking.

Not always. However, carriers or crates may be required or recommended depending on your pet, ride type and travel circumstances. Please indicate any carrier or crate requirements when booking.

Yes. Pets are at the heart of what we do. Many of our drivers are pet owners themselves and understand the care, patience and attention that pets may require during a journey. All drivers are expected to follow Bonjour's pet-friendly service standards to help ensure a safe and comfortable ride.

No. Pets should not be left unattended during a journey unless required for safety or an emergency.

Bonjour maintains platform-level insurance where applicable. However, pet owners remain responsible for their pets during the journey. We recommend ensuring your pet has appropriate insurance coverage if required.

We understand that accidents can happen during a journey. If a pet causes significant soiling of the vehicle that requires cleaning or results in vehicle downtime, a cleaning fee of up to S$100 may apply. In cases where a pet causes damage to the vehicle, reasonable repair costs may also be charged, supported by evidence and receipts.

Yes. An estimated fare will be shown before you confirm your booking. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

The fare covers the booked journey between the specified pick-up and drop-off locations using the selected ride type.

Fares may vary based on factors such as demand, driver availability, time of day, trip distance and prevailing traffic conditions. The fare shown before you confirm your booking is the fare you can expect to pay, excluding any applicable tolls, parking charges, waiting time, door-to-door service fees or other surcharges incurred during the trip.

Yes. Additional charges may apply in certain situations and are not included in the quoted fare. Examples include waiting time charges, ERP, entry fees, parking charges, door-to-door service requests, cleaning fees and other location-specific surcharges incurred during the trip. Where applicable, these charges will be added to the final fare upon trip completion.

Yes. If you have a valid promo code, you can apply it during the booking process before confirming your ride. Promo codes are subject to their respective terms and conditions, including validity periods, eligibility requirements and usage limits.

We understand that travelling with pets can sometimes take a little longer. The first 5 minutes of waiting time at the pick-up location are complimentary. Thereafter, a waiting fee of S$1 per minute may apply.

Door-to-door service means your driver assists with collection or handover directly at your unit, clinic reception, boarding facility or other designated location, where permitted. Additional charges may apply.

Your final fare may differ if additional charges were incurred during the trip, such as ERP, parking fees, waiting time, door-to-door service or other applicable surcharges.

To ensure a smooth payment experience, Bonjour may temporarily pre-authorise an amount that is higher than your estimated fare. This additional buffer helps cover any applicable charges incurred during the trip, such as ERP, parking fees, waiting time, door-to-door service or other surcharges. Once the trip is completed, you will only be charged the final fare, and any unused pre-authorised amount will be released automatically. The time taken for the unused amount to be released may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Yes. We understand that accidents can happen, especially when travelling with pets. If a pet causes significant soiling of the vehicle, such as urine, faeces or vomit, a cleaning fee of up to S$100 may apply to cover cleaning and vehicle downtime. Any such charge will be supported by evidence.
Changes & Support

You may cancel your booking through the Bonjour app. Depending on the circumstances, cancellation charges may apply after a driver has been assigned or has started travelling to the pick-up location.

If your driver is delayed, you'll be able to view their latest trip status in the app where available. If you require further assistance or have concerns about your booking, please contact Bonjour Support.

If you believe you have left an item in the vehicle, please contact Bonjour Support as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, Bonjour cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items.
